Our customers not only have us upgrade and maintain their EMS systems but when they are in a jam such as with this duct work not being flush to the wall after the tenant improvement, we jump in and fix it for them. Sheet metal mechanical work is not our scope, but if we can help our customer out with small projects such as this and confidently do the out of scope work we will!

Using a Genie man lift to reach 40ft up into a shaft to install 1 ¼” conduit for our EMS cable runs.

Vibration safety switch on a roof cooling tower. This switch may look old but it’s fairly new and in perfect working order to shut down the cooling tower if out of normal vibrations are detected.

Cooling tower environments can be harsh but the vibration safety switches we use can weather the elements and accurately detect abnormal vibrations in the cooling tower operation in order to shut the tower down to prevent damage.

We work closely with our mechanical partners to disconnect EMS controls and make safe electrical on unit changeouts, here is a brand new large fan coil unit set to be changed out at a city transit building.
